Abstract. Subordination of a killed Brownian motion in a domain D ⊂ R via an α/2-stable subordinator gives rise to a process Zt whose infinitesimal generator is −(− |D), the fractional power of the negative Dirichlet Laplacian. In this paper we establish upper and lower estimates for the density, Green function and jumping function of Zt when D is either a bounded C1,1 domain or an exterior C1,1 domain. Our estimates are sharp in the sense that the upper and lower estimates differ only by a multiplicative constant.

Sharp Bounds for Green Functions and Jump- Ing Functions of Subordinate Killed Brow- Nian Motions in Bounded C Domains
In this paper we obtain sharp bounds for the Green function and jumping function of a subordinate killed Brownian motion in a bounded C domain, where the subordinating process is a subordinator whose Laplace exponent has certain asymptotic behavior at infinity.

Abstract. Subordination of a killed Brownian motion in a bounded domain D ⊂ R via an α/2-stable subordinator gives a process Zt whose infinitesimal generator is −(− |D), the fractional power of the negative Dirichlet Laplacian. In this paper we study the properties of the process Zt in a Lipschitz domain D by comparing the process with the rotationally invariant α-stable process killed upon exi...
متن کاملOn the potential theory of one-dimensional subordinate Brownian motions with continuous components
Suppose that S is a subordinator with a nonzero drift andW is an independent 1-dimensional Brownian motion. We study the subordinate Brownian motion X defined by Xt = W (St). We give sharp bounds for the Green function of the process X killed upon exiting a bounded open interval and prove a boundary Harnack principle. In the case when S is a stable subordinator with a positive drift, we prove s...
متن کاملA Berry-Esseen Type Bound for a Smoothed Version of Grenander Estimator
In various statistical model, such as density estimation and estimation of regression curves or hazard rates, monotonicity constraints can arise naturally. A frequently encountered problem in nonparametric statistics is to estimate a monotone density function f on a compact interval. A known estimator for density function of f under the restriction that f is decreasing, is Grenander estimator, ...
متن کاملBounds on the restrained Roman domination number of a graph
A {em Roman dominating function} on a graph $G$ is a function$f:V(G)rightarrow {0,1,2}$ satisfying the condition that everyvertex $u$ for which $f(u) = 0$ is adjacent to at least one vertex$v$ for which $f(v) =2$. {color{blue}A {em restrained Roman dominating}function} $f$ is a {color{blue} Roman dominating function if the vertices with label 0 inducea subgraph with no isolated vertex.} The wei...
